Co-Parenting, Divorce Classes and Relationship Support
Our divorce and co-parenting services work to decrease kid
stress and strengthen and repair parent-child relationships during high conflict
divorce, separation, co-parenting, paternity, reunification, guardianship, and
caregiver issues. We offer Parent Education classes, Divorce Coaching,
Co-Parenting Coaching, Domestic Relations Consulting and Marriage Mediation,
help to save a marriage. Divorce services are for parents in separation or divorce,
unmarried parents, blended families and co-parents, and child guardianship
families. Services are for court-ordered co-parents, parents, and families, as
well as those seeking voluntary services, and DHS (Child Welfare Services)

Court Ordered Class: Co-Parenting - High-Conflict
Classes: PractitionerPro® Parenting Co-Parenting High - Conflict
Focus: Help parents through separation or divorce with co-parenting skills that help support the family unit, decrease conflict and stress, improve communication, and sensitivities to a child's best interest.
Class Description: Classes use the Brief Therapy Resolution PractitionerPro® curriculum developed by Martha Watson, Ph.D., CAMS II, presented nationally to judges, lawyers, mediators, therapists, and social workers. PractitionerPro® High-Conflict Co-Parenting centers on educating parents on the impact of divorce on children and teaches parents conflict resolution skills. The class is for parents who are in high-conflict situations due to divorce or separation (married, divorced, separated, or never married).
Benefits: Benefits for parents are by learning conflict resolution skills that include anger management to decrease conflict and stress, improve communication and management of emotions, develop negotiation skills as well as bring awareness to each home's structure, boundaries, and expectations. Parent education classes bring sensitivities of a child's best interest by a psychoeducational approach that develops interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and social skills sets for parents.
Evidence-based interventions to help improve parenting: Parents learn conflict resolution skills that include anger management strategies, stress management, interpersonal skill-building exercises, promoting sensitivities to the effects of parent high-conflict on children.
Classes Include: Attendees will leave with a list of resources, strategies, methods and approaches to use for their personal situation to make co-parenting more effective; Attendees also receive optional Co-Parenting Coaching services to be used within 60 days of attending the course.
